Registration

Any individual from India, pertaining to Vaishya, Sikh or Jain Communities, who wants to grow at a faster pace in his life by becoming a lifelong learner, can join 'VSJ Growth Hub.' At the moment, we are accepting joinings from Indian individuals only. Non-Indians and non-individual entities are not eligible to register right now. You must have an Indian Mobile Number, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card & Bank Account in India (Bank account in case you choose to partner with us).

IMPORTANT - As most of the courses/ workshops are in 'Hinglish' language (mix of Hindi & English languages), therefore people who don't understand Hindi may decide accordingly.

No & Yes. In fact, there is no age for starting the learning and working on self in the areas of goals, time utilisaiton patterns, communications, beliefs, habits, focus etc. Still, if you are minor below the age of 18, you must obtain the permission of your parent or legal guardian before using or accessing the 'Platform'. We presuppose that by allowing a minor to access and use the 'Platform', parents or legal guardians confirm their understanding of the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. This condition is for the reason that you might earn and referral bonus if you choose to partner with us for the promotion of VSJ Growth Hub and that constitutes earning as per Indian Taxation Laws and while accepting the 'Terms & Conditions' and other 'policies' of the company, you should be at least 18 years of age to enter into a 'contract' with the company to use the 'platform'.

You can refer the ‘VSJ Growth Hub’ in various ways depending on what you are referring and your relation with the person to whom you are referring:-

1. Best is to call the person whom you wish to join the ‘VSJ Growth Hub’ and tell him about the benefits of becoming a lifelong learner and joining the ‘VSJ Growth Hub’. Then give him your unique Invitation Link (Referral ID available in your dashboard) and ask him to use that ID at the time of registration. You also have your unique Invitation Link and QR code. If anyone uses that referral link or QR code, your Invitation ID and name will be prefilled in the registration form.

2. You can send him a preset message/ email [available in the dashboard] with your unique Invitation Link so that his unique ID is linked to your unique ID and you get suitably recognised by our System.

3. You can invite him to any webinar being conducted by us so that he directly comes to know about ‘VSJ Growth Hub’ and takes his conscious decision. Please remember to tell him that if he chooses to join, he should use your Invitation link only, because if he does not use your unique Invitation Link at the time of his registration, his ID will not be linked to your ID and we have no means to change the linkage later on.

4. If you just want to bring him to the platform first, you can ask him to create a FREE ID using your Inviation Link and enjoy the FREE workshop titled 'Dreams to Reality Blueprint’ and challenges testing him on goals & time management as Welcome Gifts.

5. If you wish to refer him to join yearly 'Growth Mastery Circle’ or ‘Mastermind’, we believe that you must call him and explain the benefits of joining the annual community.You can refer any specific workshop. Visit your personalised learner's dashboard and share the workshop. The recipient will reach at the landing page of the workshop and if he buys, he will create his Learners ID using your ID, and his ID will get linked to your ID.

6. If you wish to refer him to join deep mentorship or mastermind programs, we believe that you must call him and explain the benefits of joining the annual community.

Yes, you can join the 'VSJ Growth Hub’ for free and keep on taking free learning for whole life.

The good news is that we are not offering FREE learning for just 7 days or 14 days or 30 days. Your unique Lifelong Learner ID is valid for your lifetime. As we are not charging any registration fee at the time of entry, there is no question of any renewal fee. You can continue to enjoy free learning imparted through the portal and delivered through your unique learner's dashboard.

Yes. If you don't have any referral ID beforehand, even then you can register. Leave the 'Referral ID' field blank and when you submit the registration form, your unique ID will be automatically linked with the default ID.

Your unique ID is valid for your lifetime. You access the learning through a login system in your personalised learner's dashboard. You may choose not to login if you don't wish to take learning anymore. Even then, if you wish to delete your account, you can send a message from your Admin Dashboard to deactivate your account and we will deactivate your account.

No. Moreover, non-Indians are not allowed to register at present. As we are not selling anything to people outside India, there is no question of accepting overseas payments or payments in any currency other than Indian Rupees.

The recordings of the sessions will be uploaded at the ‘Learning Portal' which you can access till your annual membership is active. Even if you don't miss it, you can revisit it anytime and watch at your convenient time & pace.

Yes — one live session every month, i.e first Friday evening from 8 pm to 9.30 pm. You will be notified via email & WhatsApp message one week and one day before each session.

Each session is designed as a stand-alone 'Growth Capsule' that also fits into the annual framework of productivity enhancing protocol by working upon '4 Pillars of Exponential Growth'.

Every live session includes an interactive Q & A, and participants can ask direct questions. For deeper guidance, you can opt for the Growth Mindset Mentorship track later, which is a deep mentorship program of 24 sessions by Dr. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal. All sessions are delivered by him personally, not by associated coaches.

We believe in fairness. If you inform us within 7 days of joining and have not accessed more than one session, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Once you fill the 'VSJ Verification Form' and your identity as part of any of the 3 communities i.e. Vaishya, Sikhs and Jains is confirmed, you will be added to our exclusive Facebook Group where members share insights, experiences, and opportunities in a respectful, spam-free environment. In due course, we will develop a mechanism of more purposeful connections like online Members Directory etc.

My participants are from across the globe. VSJ Growth Hub also has global participants. Though session timings are obviously India-friendly, recordings ensure you never miss out the learning.
