Salient Features of VSJ Growth Hub Refer & Earn Program

• It’s OPTIONAL to join as a referral partner of VSJ Growth Hub.
• You are entitled for the referral bonus ONLY IF your referred person registers as VSJ Growth Seeker i.e. he enrols in any of Rs. 12,000/- or above workshops, whether live or recorded.
• You earn a referral bonus of Rs. 3,000/- on the FIRST PURCHASE of any workshop/ program worth Rs. 12,000 or above. It is in the nature of ONE TIME gratitude to introduce someone directly as ‘VSJ Growth Seeker’.
• The referral bonus will be credited to your wallet.
• 100% Usage permitted at a time - If you have credit in your wallet, you can buy the premium learning. And hold your breath, we don’t limit you during usage of your wallet balance and we allow you to use 100% of the wallet balance at your credit to buy premium learning.
• Encashment permissible - Though, the primary purpose of granting the referral bonus is to empower you to purchase the learning available at the portal, if you find that you have more wallet balance at your credit than you need to buy any learning, you can redeem the wallet balance, obviously subject to the taxation provisions like TDS & GST etc and transfer charges etc. The disbursal will be subjected to 5% admin & handling charges, GST & TDS provisions.
• When the ‘Referral Bonus’ will be distributed - The referral bonus shall be earned in the month in which the referred workshop or program is scheduled to commence. The bonus shall not be considered earned at the time of registration if the workshop or program is scheduled for a future month. Instead, it shall accrue only in the month when the workshop or program actually begins, being the point beyond which the referred participant is no longer eligible to cancel participation and seek a refund.
  
  The referral bonus amount shall be calculated at the end of the applicable month in which it is earned and shall be credited to the referrer’s wallet within five (5) days from the close of that month. In the event the referred participant cancels registration or receives a refund prior to the commencement of the workshop or program, no referral bonus shall be payable.
  
  It will be your responsibility to cross check the quantum of the referral bonus earned during the month and report discrepancies, if any, latest by 15th date of that particular month, failing which no claim will be entertained.

Disclaimer:

The company reserves the right to suitably reward any person or group of persons or Institute or any legal entity for spreading awareness about the VSJ Growth Hub and helping people to join & buy the learning available at our portal. This payment can be over & above the normal referral bonus mechanism and will be decided solely at the discretion of the company to reward individual or collective efforts. Nobody shall be entitled to claim special rewards over & above the referral bonus mechanism as a matter of right.

Tax Treatment of the referral bonus

As per the taxation laws, the referral bonus granted to you is in the nature of earning and will be subject to all taxation provisions related to TDS, GST and any other applicable laws, whether present or future.

How Referral Bonus can be utilised or redeemed?

You will be able to utilise the Referral Bonus ONLY IF your profile is complete and your KYC is approved by the Admin. It has to be done to honour taxation laws and to ensure that one person creates only 1 unique ID.

Once your KYC is complete, the referral bonus can be used:-

To buy any learning program/ workshop/ periodic community available at the catalog of the VSJ Growth Hub;

If the accumulated referral bonus at your credit is more than a threshold limit (Which is 10,000/- at present and which can be revised at sole discretion of the company anytime) and you don’t want to buy the learning available at the portal of ‘VSJ Growth Hub’, you can withdraw the referral bonus at your credit or part thereof, subject to payment of transfer charges, as you have to bear the expenses related to the transfer.
